Survey incentives
While inside your survey you can always access the Settings from the bar underneath the top menu. Design Template and Language is also available here.
In Settings you will have access to lots of useful information about your survey. This information is sectioned into six parts: Survey Settings, Distribution Settings, Notification Settings, Survey Incentives, Survey Retention and Quiz Settings.
In the survey incentive settings, you will have the following options:
Incentive (Select): All available incentive types will be displayed in this drop-down menu. If the menu is empty you have no incentives connected to your account.
Incentive (Number): See the amount of individual of incentive codes that have been added to this specific survey. You can also add more or remove codes from the survey via this textbox.
Remaining incentives in this account: Displays the amount of individual of incentive codes that are available in your Netigate account.
Used incentives in this survey: Displays the amount of individual of incentive codes that have been used in this specific survey.
Add incentives to the survey to reward respondents upon completion. To know more about incentives, contact your Customer Success Manager at Netigate.
