Completely new Widget settings, live for everyoneThe Widget is a type of survey distribution method that allows you to install your Neitgate survey into an external website or app. After, the survey can appear as visitors land on the page, take certain actions, fill out certain fields, or just click the button marked ”feedback”! We recently redid how the entire widget works, this means the widget now has:
And what’s even better is that the widget is available for most users, at no extra charge. We expect the widget to live this week! |

Blocklist page is being updatedPreviously, the blocklist has been used by customers to prevent a survey from being delivered to a certain email address. However, due to security guidelines imposed on email providers like Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft, we are going to be changing how the Blocklist works.
We are making this change so that emails sent from Netigate (like the surveys you send to your users) are more likely end up in the correct inbox. Not marked as spam, not bouncing, not with a warning attached – this change will help everyone who uses Netigate in the long term.
In the soon to be future, you will no longer be able to add or remove users manually from the blocklist. Instead, if a user unsubscribes from your surveys (using the link at the bottom of every survey), they will get automatically added to the Blocklist page. The page itself will be a read only list of all users who have unsubscribed.
We know that this might be a big process change for some customers, but we want to stress that this change allows us to better comply with guidelines set by entities like Google and Microsoft. Following their guidelines makes your email significantly more likely to be delivered to the correct inbox without issue. |
Export answer statistics to Insights packageYou should already be aware of the different packages that Netigate is now offering (but if you don’t, check out the webinars from a CX perspective and an EX perspective). We want there to be more parity across the platforms, which is why we are opening up the following fields from Surveys, to the Insights packages:
We want you to be able to create custom graphs on these values, analyze these data points using AI, and more – but all of that requires getting this info into the Insights package. While we are still working on visualizing these fields, the first step was making them available. Stay tuned for more info on this! |
